Vhance Valencia is a recognized expert in building systems for tech-based engineering firms and government organizations. With over two decades of military experience all over the globe, Vhance has transformed the organizations he has led into more effective, resilient, and reliable teams.
Today, he translates that experience into REAL RESULTS by building HIGH-PERFORMING TEAMS that operate with accuracy and precision which helps the business realize its strategy and goals.
Vhance not only challenges the status quo in your business, but will change your company to one that is reliable, achieves high performance, and has a "systems culture."
Vhance built systems and processes for teams
as an Air Force squadron commander in Alaska and Delaware and then as the first military engineer for U.S. Space Command in Colorado. He brought together people accustomed to working within their own "stovepipes," broke down the artificial walls separating them, and implemented a new way of working that achieved the impactful results military leaders were looking for. In his last military assignment, he implemented an employee onboarding system that eliminated seven weeks of wasted time and condensed the process down to three days.
Most recently, he's completed a consulting engagement with the Colorado Springs Hispanic Chamber implementing over 25 systems so that the President and CEO can run effective programs and reliably grow the Chamber's membership.
Vhance was a career engineer in the United States Air Force having earned a mechanical engineering degree, a master's in engineering management, and a PhD in systems engineering. He's earned prestigious certifications to include a black belt in Six Sigma and his professional engineer license. He has spoken at numerous conferences, is a published writer, and been a featured speaker at the Colorado Springs Small Business Development Center.
